With the Egyptologist Ana Tavares
Professional Member of the International Association of Egyptologists (IAE), for over 35 years he has dedicated himself to the study and analysis of the technical and symbolic aspects of the Egyptian pyramids and related pyramidal Complexes, with particular reference to their evolution parallel to that of the society and of the culture.
Former collaborator of the Egyptian Museum of Turin, he was a consultant to the prof. Curto (former director of the Egyptian Museum of Turin, teacher of Egyptology and Academician of France) and to the prof. Leospo (former director of the Egyptian Museum of Turin) for the architectural issues of the pyramidal buildings.
Since 2001 he has held courses in Egyptology and history in various locations of cultural associations.
Solicited by Professor Curto and Professor Leospo, he published a series of eight volumes describing and analyzing all the Egyptian pyramidal Complexes, for which he received mentions and citations, as well as four original works for the Turin Academy of Sciences presented by Professor Curto.
He also published some popular volumes and articles on various Egyptological topics, as well as participating in the compilation of editorial works by other authors.
All published volumes were acquired and joined the catalog of the Computer Library (OEB) of Oxford and Leiden, of the University Libraries of Prague, Milan and Bologna, as well as the Chicago House Library in Luxor.
He has lectured over 120 conferences in Italy and abroad and he has participated in international congresses. He was also invited to present some illustrious Egyptologists such as Barta, Ikram, Imenez-Serrano, Ismail Khaled, Kemp, Kuraszkiewicz, Lehner, Mysliwiec, Szafranski, Tavares and others with whom he has a friendly relationship.

The most recent work of the author consists of this monographic volume concerning the Bent Pyramid in which an attempt was made to understand its singularities through a detailed architectural analysis, supported by the experience of a civil engineer who was a great expert of the Ancient Egypt.
This investigation made it possible to trace a plausible original project solely by adopting the modular method documented in the other major pyramids with which it shares the exceptional presence of the apartments in the superstructure.
To verify the reliability of what was deduced, the events that seem to have occurred were then reconstructed, always obtaining plausible engineering justifications for the choices made, never deviating from archaeological data and documented Egyptian knowledge.
From this analysis, many current details otherwise inexplicable have found a justification, such as the choice of the anomalous profile, the angle of the upper corridor or some details of the shaft of the horizontal corridor that already find a presence and a dimensional correspondence in the original project or in its adaptation to subsequent phases.
The conclusion reached is that there was an original rigidly geometric modular project and that the current singularities simply derive from its adaptation to the subsequent, but in progress, choice to reduce the overall volume; it should be noted that this conclusion is supported by the almost absolute identity of the parameters between the current elements and the design considerations.
Eight-volume series of analysis of all the Egyptian pyramidal Complexes and of the non-pyramidal buildings but related to the evolution of the pyramids, which wants to be the updating and partly the completion of the work of Rinaldi and Maragioglio, although it faces the buildings with less detailed but more analytical address. Each monument is examined with a descriptive part and with specific insights on topics of particular significance, accompanied by drawings by the author.
